Yes, you may pick up. Please choose Local Pick Up at checkout to avoid the shipping section.



When are orders ready for Local Pickup?
Same Day or Next Business Day

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.

 

Do you have a physical location?

Our physical location is currently under construction. We aren't open to the public yet due to COVID-19.

Our grand opening date is to be announced. 

 

What's the shelf life? How do I store the Chamoy?
Best if consumed within ninety (90) days.

You may store in room temperature, but keep all chamoy and gummies away from excessive heat.

If you don’t plan on consuming right away, please refrigerate the chamoy to preserve. 

Do not refrigerate any gummies.

Is local delivery available?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer delivery services but you may pick up if you’re local or pay for shipping.

How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. The rate is based on your location and the number of containers you order.

Is there free shipping?

Only on orders above $40 subtotal.

I forgot to add a discount code, can it still be applied?

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

 

How long do I have to wait before my order ships?

Our processing times vary. We are currently in high demand and we currently have a 3 day processing time. 

 

How many days does it take the post office to deliver my package?

First Class Mail: 2-4 Business Days

Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days

International Mail: 3-5 Business Days

Note: It all depends on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

 

I received a tracking email/text, but it hasn’t updated, where is my package?

You must allow 48-72 hours before seeing any update. In some instances, it won’t update until its out for delivery.

We don’t have any control over this, so please be patient.

What's your refund policy?
NO REFUNDS. All sales are final.
Replacement will be issued only if damaged upon delivery.
Must inform us within 24 hours with photos as proof.

 

My package has been lost/stolen, what do I do?

Before a package is declared lost/stolen we check a few things:

  1. You submitted the correct address
  2. You’ve made every attempt to look for your package in case it was hidden by your mailman (if you live in a residence).
  3. You’ve allowed 72 hours from when it has been marked as “delivered” by the post office to make an inquiry

 

In the case where the tracking says “delivered” but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. Please make sure you submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and USPS; however, we want you to receive your order and we will do our best to help you find your package and resolve any issues.

My package was returned due to an incorrect address or for any reason, can you reship it for free? 

We will no longer send back returned packages. If you received FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct the shipping fee from your subtotal.

Returned packages will receive a refund of 70%, as we have to dispose of the products.
